Summary:Project Details:* Facilitate at the elbow (ATE) go-live support consulting services for end users as directed by Client* Engage Client physician and non-physician end users, to support optimal utilization of the electronic health record system in the clinical setting.* Identify, document, and seek to resolve training and/or system issues as they arise during the Client's go-live process.* Document and escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the proper issue resolution resource(s) as designated by Client.* Perform high priority response to any identified critical issues* Collaborate with the Client's go-live project team to identify and facilitate Client end user's ability to access and utilize standard features, components and capabilities of specified applications and respond to their questions and concerns.Job Experience:* Experience supporting physicians and mid-level providers in Go Lives.* Previous experience supporting modules in electronic health record system go livesHourly Rate: 51-66Oxford is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
