The Assistant Dockmaster serves as the ambassador for the marina and is the first person with whom a customer will interact. The Assistant Dockmaster is responsible for working with the Dockmaset to ensure the safe mooring of vessels, general operation of the docks, assisting boaters, and maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the harbor and marina facilities.

　　Oversees the management of berthing, mooring, storage and servicing of boats within the marinaDaily inspection and maintenance to provide a clean and safe facilityManage, train, and supervise dock staffFirst line of customer service for incoming boatsResponsible for daily operations of marina docksSupervise renting of slipsEnsures that boaters observe all marina rules and regulationsAvailability to work overtime when requiredAbility to work weekends and holidaysOther duties as assigned by ManagerSafety and Environmental Responsibilities
