Thisrole is directly responsible for building and maintaining relationshipswith field leadership in participating offices.It is critical to thebuild out, scalability and evolution of the National Training Program.Accountabilities include: Lead partnership with field leadership todeliver the national training experience in assigned network anddistrict network offices. Observe team facilitation and providedevelopment and feedback as needed. Support the on-going development oflearners participating in the national training experience. Partner withall members of the National Training team, home office businesspartners, and the field to build, evolve, and maintain the nationaltraining experience. Support the evolution of content by providingactionable feedback and recommendations at the program level. Providedirection to program operational support for scheduling delivery oftraining, and production of material, communications, and reporting.Partner with all members of the National Training team to ensureconsistency in delivery of the experience across all participatingoffices. Lead National Training Program delivery-focused projects asassigned. Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field. Minimum of 7years related work experience in a financial services to includeinvestment and risk products as well as financial planning tools.Experience working directly with the NM field force. Knowledge andexpertise of the organization and its goals. Ability to thinkstrategically and to implement plans that support the department\'s andcompany\'s strategic direction. Proven experience in leading projects tomeet deadlines and quality expectations including ability to scope outlength and difficulty of tasks and projects. Ability to independentlylead complex departmental projects and be a key resource and contributoron cross-departmental projects.
