They work collaboratively in serving clients as part of a team and should have basic knowledge in financial planning concepts, insurance, and investments. The They help create financial plans for clients and serves client accounts as assigned.Essential Job Functions:*Financial Planning: Advise clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different financial planning, estate, insurance, tax and investment strategies. Assist to create, implement, and continually review, a plan that includes strategies designed to help clients act as the steward of the client assets and achieve client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.*Investments/Insurance: Review and analyze investment data to formulate recommendations used to support the Wealth Advisor in the evaluation, design and oversight of client's total financial plan in pursuant of their long-term goals. Interpret investment trends and gather information for analysis. Conduct fundamental research to analyze investment data and formulate recommendations.*External Client Support: Supply clients with information related to day-to-day transactions, status of implementation plans and interim information between meetings.*Internal Client Support: Interact with Wealth Advisors to determine servicing requirements, problem solving strategies and coordinate daily client activity; oversee transaction processing, and handle inquiry resolution. Prepare presentations for client meetings. Prepare analysis for Wealth Advisors to service clients in the areas of asset allocation & investment management, personal and business tax laws, risk management and cash flow.Requirements:Experience:*1 year experience preferredEducation:*Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required.Certifications / Licenses:*Series 65 certification required (New hires will have 180 days to obtain this certification. If they do not obtain the certification in that timeframe and/or they fail after their third attempt, their employment will be terminated.)Technical Competencies:Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.Organizational InterfacesThis role reports directly to a Wealth Advisor or Senior Wealth Advisor and interacts on a regular basis with Principals, Directors, Senior Wealth Advisors, Wealth Advisors, Associate Wealth Advisors, and Client Service Coordinators.Travel RequirementsThis position requiresThe wage range for this position is: $62 - $90In addition to base pay, this position is eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
