  What is Taboola News?

  Taboola News is the largest content discovery system in the world. It is a relatively new product for Taboola, but has already launched and is running globally in more than 50 markets, with some of the leading OEMs in the world.

  What is the key purpose of an Associate Technical Account Manager?

  Working from Beijing or Shenzhen, The associate TAM will report into the Technical Account Director and be responsible for building technical solutions, and integrating Taboola News products to the main OEMs, while being very customer-centric and service oriented.

  The ideal candidate will have to work closely with the OEMs and Taboola News Account Management teams and must have hands-on experience in web and native mobile development (android), and act as a knowledge-hub to actively deliver exceptional support services to our global Customers.

  What skills and qualifications do I need? Bachelor's Degree (computer science preferred or comparable work experience) 3+ years of experience in a position of hands-on software engineering or field engineering or technical project management. Such experience in the media/internet/advertisement worlds - a significant advantage Experience in working on-site integration projects (involving Client-Server, Server-Server integrations) including internal and external stakeholders from R&D and Product Management teams Experience in customer facing positions around the globe, while working with remote teams in different time zones on a daily basis Coding experience with capability to read and understand web/mobile/native code Experience with large-scale production services and databases Experience in creating tech documentation writing, managing knowledge base Familiarity with the online media/ advertising space - an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills including demonstrated experience communicating technical information An independent, self-starter, with a "can-do approach" Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English Nice to haves include: Proven and significant experience working in the mobile industry with top OEMs is a significant advantage What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

  Technical POC and ownership Build and lead best practice or tailored quality integrations, based on Taboola News products for the medium/small OEM accounts. Identify and troubleshoot basic technical escalations coming from the field while working closely with Engineering and Product teams to solve those. May also require close dev to dev calls with clients' Engineering teams. Collaborate with business team to identify business opportunities and pitch customers Taboola News quality solutions taking joint ownership of the Customer Success Work with Taboola's Engineering and Product teams on enabling new features for scale Project management Own and lead the relevant projects to success while ensuring that the defined roles and responsibilities are executed properly by the relevant team members involved in the project. Customer contact Develop and manage direct relations with internal and external technical stakeholders. Serve as a knowledge hub on features and ensure Support issues are resolved meticulously Why Taboola?
