  About the role

  As an Associate Project Manager for Retail Refurbishments, you will be supporting a team of project management in the execution of highly visible retail and financial institution projects. The ideal candidate will have proven abilities with budgets, creating PowerPoint presentations, creating and managing reports on Microsoft Excel, and facilitating meetings to communicate updates to internal and external clients.

  What you’ll do

  Conducts periodic site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitors the status of work completed during the schedule for delivery.

  What you’ll do

  Coordinating all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

  Collaborating with a project management team and communicating with vendors and contractors for the requisition of new furniture, space design plans, carpet, lighting, or any other materials need to complete and deliver the project on time.

  Conducts periodic site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitors the status of work completed during the delivery schedule.

  Harnessing CBRE standards to complex real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.

  Supports infrastructure construction and renovation projects and ensures detailed staff understands and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.

  Stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators and promotes overall program improvements. Performs training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff.

  Building strong relationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered against established expectations and to explore opportunities for program improvements.

  Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.

  Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources briefed.

  What you’ll need

  Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) required from College or University or equivalent related experience in lieu of degree.

  Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction project management supporting role.

  Prior experience managing budgets, schedules, and cost, preferred.

  Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

  CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
