Your responsibilities:
Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and HE policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource allocation.Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.Identifies qualifies, quantities and manages risk, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued.Captures, analyzes, and shares lessons learned throughout the project.Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with HE policies and contractual agreements.Supports Supply Chain Management in negotiations, claims and project changes.Acts as a key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Your background:
Education - higher education in the field of engineering, project management, economics or similar.Experience in production and technological processes - minimum 1 year.Knowledge of English language - written and spoken.Knowledge and experience in working with MS Office.Experience in coordinating multiple teams in remote locations.Skills for organizing and controlling the workflow.Communicativeness and initiative.Basic finance knowledge and commercial aspects of the business.Knowledge and experience in working with Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology.Project Management certificate will be an advantage.
