　　Increased growth in Thermo Fisher Scientific's Biological business has opened an Associate Program Manager position responsible for supporting the PM team at our rapidly growing Brisbane manufacturing facility.

　　What will you do?

　　The Associate Program Manager is responsible for providing support to the Program Management team at the Brisbane site and liaising with Program Managers and global colleagues to support effective execution of each project.

　　The Associate Program Manager will drive PM system improvement projects as well as performing administrative and non-scientific duties which directly relate to successful program execution.

　　How will you get here?

　　This position requires 2+ years of related experience in Project Management or Bachelor of Science in a relevant subject area is required.

　　Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

　　Deliver continuous improvement projects focused on program management.Use PM tools and systems to provide back office support for the primary PM.Build and modify project management digital tools to improve project tracking and metrics.
