Job Description
This role supports Production Management driving solutions and managing deliverables with internal and external teams, clients, and supplier partners. This individual supports production management, mitigating risk, ensuring quality and collaboration with network cross-functional teams to ensure our clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Support executional project requirements including client, retailer, supplier and internal production processes.
Support to plan, organize and execute on schedule with the ability to adapt quickly and positively to ever-evolving project, client, and team needs.
Manage, track and communicate updates with internal and external teams including clients and vendors where appropriate.
Understand key agency, client, supplier, and retailer functions, roles, processes, systems, and timing.
Collaborate with Creative to bring concepts to life, ensure feasibility, and drive innovative solutions.
Support production management of physical shopper marketing tactics and experiences from ideation through execution and compliance.
Communicate with Pre-Media managing die-lines, specs, proofs, and art release.
Support supplier management of assigned projects including product samples, prototype management, die lines, purchase orders, art out, internal vendor proofs, inbound primary product, outbound logistics, POD's, final invoicing and reporting.
Negotiate competitive bids with suppliers providing budgets and estimates for all internal and external costs, delivering best value to our clients.
Maintain thorough documentation of job specs, costs, efficiencies and timelines. Support post project KPI’s/Value Creation.
Attend client meetings/discussions where applicable.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Develop awareness to recognize and support business growth opportunities.
Ability to use radical candor in all communication to drive solutions.
Ability to recognize and celebrate success of others in the department and agency.
Successfully backfill Production Manager when they are out of the office ensuring projects continue to run smoothly.
Compensation Range: $64.5K - $75K . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
Qualifications
1-3 years agency or project management experience preferred
Strong communication skills and proven capability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred experience should include corporate retail experience, graphic asset management, print, retail display development/production and/or execution.
Ability to proactively lead and collaborate with department, clients, cross-functional teams and supplier partners.
BA degree in marketing, logistics, graphic design or related field experience
Maintain a three-day a week in office presence. Our goal for time in the office is to create environments that maintain flexibility while enabling more in-person connection.
