They also love to solve the most challenging of puzzles!Three to five years' experience working as part of an agile software development team as a User Experience (UX) designer or digital Product Designer:Your experiences involve taking stakeholder and user needs, delivering fully designed solutions, and working directly with engineering to develop and release working software.Focused on technical implementation aspects of UX functionality/capabilities for custom software builds.Subject matter familiarity in UX design, front-end development, web/mobile/application UX, user accessibility implementation or other similar areasHelp us see the future and be creative. You must be a lifelong learner with foundational knowledge and experience in technical UX design, development, and up-keep.Experience in at least two of the following areas:Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Knowledge of orproficiencyin user research techniques, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to create user interfaces that work seamlessly across different devices, screen sizes and platforms.Custom software UX implementation and developmentWeb/mobile UX design and developmentFamiliarity with accessibility standards and guidelines, such as WCAG 2.0 or 2.1, and experience in implementing accessible design practices.Knowledge of development processes and pipelines including CI/CD,automationand release technologiesExperience with Design Systems and related tooling and implementation efforts.Business Acumen.
