The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for an Associate Manager, Monetization Operations Excellence, to help drive operational excellence by automating critical pricing processes and identifying opportunities for improvements to make us more efficient. You will help accelerate growth for our enterprise programs by evolving our pricing frameworks and partnering with our business systems team to design business models and reporting capabilities. Responsibilities
Enhance our tools and systems and automate manual processes to improve operational metrics (e.g. reduced SLAs/time saved across pricing processes and teams, increase quote automation rates, drive revenue opportunities, etc.)
Recommend ways to create new pricing frameworks and optimize existing ones to drive greater efficiency, transparency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain reports, pricing calculators, dashboards and/or other analysis
Collaborate with Systems, Data Science, Engineering and Product teams and manage pricing project requirements, prioritization and timelines
Build productive relationships with cross functional partners supporting our initiatives (e.g. 3rd party vendors, Business Analytics team, etc)
Drive results by leveraging continuous improvement tools, consulting skills, and change management processes across the organization such as operational and transactional processes
Partner with leadership on key business and operational initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years in finance, pricing, sales operations, business operations, management consulting, or other analytical role
3+ years experience with Microsoft Excel intermediate
BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics, accounting, engineering or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with pricing/operations in the enterprise software/SaaS space
Advanced with Microsoft Excel performing tasks such as pivot tables, vlookups and/or index match, macros.
Intermediate to advanced with SQL and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce.com)
Professional experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound recommendations
Organizational skills with the ability to manage individual deliverables, timelines and priorities
Demonstrated communication skills and relationship building, including experience effectively communicating with cross functional teams
Self-starter demonstrating commitment and ownership and the ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Leadership skills: Ability to inspire and influence team members and cross-functional partners
Experience in structuring complex problems to make them easy to solve and translating business needs with technical teams such as Engineering and Data Science
Possessing a willingness to learn; having a growth mindset, while adaptable to rapid change

The pay range for this role is $84,000-$125,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
