Description

　　Associate Pharmacy Technician at Providence St. Vincent Medical Office Bldg. East Pavillion, Oregon. This is a full-time variable position.

　　$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

　　Performs all typical duties of a retail or call center pharmacy staff technician as defined by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy and local pharmacy drug outlet procedures. Fills physician orders for patient medications under a Registered Pharmacist's supervision. Communicate with and service the needs of the Retail, Mail Order, Specialty Pharmacy clientele.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacy Technician License. Or

　　Upon hire: Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician.

　　Upon hire: In compliance with the Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
