JOB REQUIREMENTS: Associate Manager, Talent Management & OrganizationEffectiveness - 25658 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: ABOUT THE ROLE TheAssociate Manager, Talent Management & Organization Effectiveness isresponsible for designing, developing, and delivering integrated talentmanagement programs and strategies that drive employee andorganizational performance and enhance effectiveness. This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of SCJenterprise-integrated global talent management philosophy as it relatesto Talent management - primarily employee engagement, performancemanagement and succession planning. The scope of this role is corporateand global functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide thought leadeshipand holistic talent consulting to senior HR leaders to enable thebroader business and people priorities * Partner with Talent Manager toresearch, identify and incorporate external leading best practices,innovations and trends into design of talent management andorganizational effectiveness solutions where appropriate. Recommendstrategies to address gaps, using organization development tools tosupport employee engagement goals * Leverage tools, processes,analytics and dashboards to analyze/report on and support TalentManagement practices * Create plans for deployment of global programsin support of functional group\'s talent priorities and identified keytalent / high potential development * Support delivery of global TalentManagement and Organization Effectiveness tools to support the businessneeds within functional groups in partnership with external vendors,CoEs and HRBPs (may include assessments, development planning,leadership coaching, new leader assimilation, change management, cultureand inclusion) * Partner with CoE and HRBPs to develop and executecommunications on various topics (training programs, management skills /best practices, coaching programs, etc.) * Lead the execution of coreprocesses across the Talent Management portfolio including performancemanagement, employee engagement survey, communications and talentplanning, I&D, Leadership development, Talent Attraction and L&D. *Build HR capability and increase consistency in utilization andapplication of global talent processes BENEFITS AND PERKS SC Johnson\'stotal compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
