This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As an Associate HR Security & System Support, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Systems team reporting to Manager HR System Implementation, you will work with the configuration team to analyze issues and assist in system testing for all configurations. You will also be a part of the global expansion team as Hilton continues to roll out the Oracle HR system to additional countries. As part of this team, you will partake in issues analysis, resolution, requirement gatherings, first-line testing, and documentation.

What your day-to-day will be like:
Perform first-level testing of HCM functions implemented within development environments in accordance with the requirements before handing it off to the respective module lead.Ensure timely response to all security questions and communicate with the team and business.Help maintain documentation observing our governance process.How you will collaborate with others:
Partner with the configuration team to maintain understanding of security roles and work on system changes.Be a trusted partner that our users can call upon for any issues or defects.What projects you will take ownership of:

You have these minimum qualifications:
Three (3) years of professional work experienceTwo (2) years of HRIS System experience (Oracle HCM, Peoplesoft, Workday, etc.)Be able to work onsite at the McLean or Dallas officeIt would be useful if you have:
