To learn more, visit our . ______________________ Position Overview:The Associate Designer Intern will be hands on internship, taking creative direction and developing visual communication mediums that will drive the company's marketing initiatives and perpetuate the Digi-Key brand. They will produce production-ready materials for multi-channel marketing communications delivery. Responsibilities: Understand and follow brand standards Create web banners for DigiKey marketing efforts on third party website as well as DigiKey's website. Responsible for taking feedback and making revisions to creative layouts Effectively interface with the "client" in receiving direction and presenting solutions Produce production-ready materials for media placement Develop and secure the approval for design solutions Works cross-functionally and with external resources to coordinate the accurate utilization content elements as needed Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience Pursuing a Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design or similar degree Graphic Design, Sketching & Hand Rendering capabilities and Illustration proficiency Must be able to perform the following behavioral competencies; attention to detail, customer/client focus, ethical conduct, initiative, managing execution, personal effectiveness/credibility, positive attitude and professionalism Tools/Systems/Sofware Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of HTML & CSS Physical Requirements: Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body DigiKey Electronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
