　　Responsibilities

　　Analyze invoice rejection issues and collaborate with management, purchasing, suppliers, warehouse, and accounts payable teams to resolve discrepancies.

　　Interact with stakeholders to gather information, approvals, and changes in systems, ensuring accurate financial data.

　　Prepare monthly status reports and presentations for management, summarizing issues, recommending solutions, and preparing action plans.

　　Utilize complete knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially in worksheets and graph presentations covering macros and formulas.

　　Expertise in the procure-to-pay process to analyze and address discrepancies between goods receipts and invoice receipt processes.

　　Experience with SAP for transaction analysis, ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors.

　　5 years of Accounts Payable experience or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (BBA).

　　Proficient in Microsoft applications, with a focus on Excel for data analysis and presentations.

　　Experience in SAP for transaction analysis within the ERP system.

　　Strong understanding of the procure-to-pay process.
