  KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Third Party Risk Management to join our Third-Party Risk Management organization.

  Responsibilities:Work closely with the Senior Director of Third-Party Risk Management, to support the build out of the program and establish the function within TPRM who serves as the point of contact for any future changes and enhancement to the frameworkMaintain the TPRM Framework to be aligned with industry standards, best practices, and the organization's risk management requirements, evaluating and prioritizing process changesCollaborate with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement tools team, other TPRM team members, and control Groups to align on and prioritize changesDevelop, implement, and maintain a firm wide the third-party risk management training programEstablish training plans for new processes and refresher training for all stakeholdersMaintain policy, processes, and proceduresQualifications:Minimum seven years of recent experience in a Third-Party Risk/Vendor Risk or similar role; CRVPM or CTPRP preferredBS/BA degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience; MBA from an accredited college/university and other relevant degree/certification desirableAdvanced understanding of Third-Party Risk Programs and solutions supporting a large, regulated institution preferred, ideally financial servicesHighly customer service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated analytical, problem solving and organization skills; project management skills desirableHighest ethical standards with a strong moral compass and a constant focus on doing what is right

Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year the firm publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides two firmwide breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.
