　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　This role is a key position on the Optum Global Contract Interpretation Team who would support daily activities within the team and would lead the Puerto Rico audit division of the team that prepares audits of client agreements against underwriting documents. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

　　Manage and develop a team of 4 analysts and 1 supervisor

　　Complete weekly quality reviews of audits completed by the team to ensure accuracy

　　Prepare and own weekly and monthly reporting to share information with leadership, external teams, and to support SOX control

　　Establish and orchestrate the workflow for the overlapping tasks between the core Contract Interpretation Team and the Puerto Rico Audit group

　　Support SOX control and ensure compliance, monitor scope documents and transactions, and coordinate with internal and external audit as needed to demonstrate work completed

　　Represent team and act as team liaison for calls and messaging involving upstream and downstream teams and assist in escalating items as needed

　　Expand and improve documentation as processes evolve, and build out new processes with related teams as necessary

　　Complete ad hoc assignments and research as needed

　　Ideal Background:

　　An individual will be most successful in this role if they have prior experience in healthcare accounting or finance or analytics, or in a fast paced, yet detail oriented role. A candidate with attention to detail, great time management, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills will be best suited for this role.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business

　　Proven hands-on relevant progressive experience

　　Intermediate or advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel

　　Demonstrated high attention to detail including ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

　　Proven ability to collaborate and influence within a matrixed environment

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Healthcare industry experience

　　Auditing experience

　　Pharmacy Benefit Manager network pricing or rebate experience

　　Proven to be comfortable reviewing contracts

　　Proven high degree of initiative and self-motivation
