About This Role:
The Associate Director of Scholar Development and Undergraduate Research(SDUR) works alongside the director to manage operations andprogrammatic needs of the unit. SDUR is situated within the StaleySchool of Leadership and oversees university-wide undergraduate researchefforts, as well as student programs focused on professional developmentthrough undergraduate research. The Associate Director will directlysupport the undergraduate research initiative and will supportadministrative needs of the unit.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor\'s degree and five or more years of relevantexperiencePreferred Qualifications:
Master\'s, Doctoral and/or terminal degree in a relevant fieldScholarly research experience including presentation and/orpublicationExperience leading undergraduate research activity or initiativesCommitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, andwell-being and have practices to demonstrate that commitmentRecord of successfully collaborating with facultyProven ability to influence, change thinking, or gain acceptancefrom othersExcellent interpersonal and communications skills - ability todevelop relationships with various stakeholder groups includingdonors, prospective students, colleagues, and university partnersOther Requirements:
