　　Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.

　　Deliver powerful results  To achieve our vision, we are searching for an Associate Director of Procurement with a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5+ years of work experience in procurement, who is fueled by a passion for team success and continual improvement. Experience with procurement in schooling organizations is preferred, but not required. Our ideal candidate has a creative, problem-solving mindset, disciplined focus on scalable processes, and interest in education.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Design and lead end to end strategic planning and design of scalable processes to support network-wide procurement systems and execute against such strategy (e.g., RFPs, RFQs, contract drafting and negotiation)

　　- Lead and execute purchase of key material categories including academic materials, technology assets, furniture, and others

　　- Lead supplier sourcing, price and contract negotiation, and ongoing supplier management 

　　- Develop written policies and procedures to improve efficiency in Procurement and ensure compliance throughout Zeta  

　　- Develop and maintain planning forecast for purchased goods

　　- Continually drive down the cost of purchasing, distributing, and handling goods through process efficiency. 

　　- Manage cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful completion of large-scale projects

　　- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

　　We are hiring for immediate openings and onboarding on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
