　　ROLE

　　Process Instruments, LLC, a division of Applied Technical Services Inc., is seeking an enthusiastic and personable customer service representative working out of their office in Pittsburgh, PA. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll play a vital role in our team.

　　Responsibilities:

　　As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

　　Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries (responding to requests for quotation)

　　Providing basic administrative assistance for various computer systems used in the calibration laboratory.

　　Responding to customer service calls and web requests promptly and courteously.

　　Scheduling calibrations for internal labs – that is, preparing all necessary paperwork for items submitted for calibration service.

　　Performing any other administrative functions to support lab operations

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Exceptional customer service provided via phone and computer

　　Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

　　Attention to detail

　　Must be personable and interact comfortably with clients and co-workers
