We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Global Campaigns and Account Based Experiences (ABX) to join our Digital Marketing team. This key role will work closely with Corporate Marketing and Field Teams to lead the development and execution of global campaigns for both existing and new customers.

　　Lead the development and execution of global campaigns in collaboration with paid media and field teams.

　　Build 'campaign-in-a-box' initiatives, providing comprehensive resources for seamless global campaign activation.

　　Lead the creation of 1:few ABX campaigns, ensuring personalized and targeted approaches for specific account segments.

　　Develop campaign and ABX strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring consistency across regions.

　　Utilize data-driven insights to optimize ABX and campaign strategies.

　　Work closely with Corporate Marketing and Field Teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns across channels and regions.

　　Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance the effectiveness of global campaigns and ABX initiatives.

　　Provide guidance and leadership to a team of campaign and ABX specialists in the Digital and Field marketing teams.

　　You’ve Got What it Takes if you Have…

　　7+ years of experience in global campaign management and ABX.

　　Proven success in developing and executing global campaigns that drive business results.

　　Experience in creating 'campaign-in-a-box' initiatives.

　　Strong understanding of ABX principles and experience implementing 1:1 and 1:few digital ABX campaigns.

　　Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
