　　Job Description

　　We are looking for an A-level Associate Creative Director (with an art direction background) with breakthrough work and ideas, who wants to make award-winning work, with a portfolio that shows diverse thinking and ingenuity. We want to see proof of initiatives demonstrating an innovative ‘nontraditional’ approach to a brief. If you have a solid understanding of brand partnerships or experiential work, that’s a plus. We also want to see conceptual thinking, campaign development, and a high level of craft across all media, including video, film, and social. The work should engage and invoke some sort of emotion. This position will be working in partnership with an ACD/Copywriter, so if you currently have an ACD/CW you partner with and want to stay working together as a team, we'd love to have you both!

　　Compensation Range: $121,000- $204,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
