TheAssociate Corporate Communications Manager will act as a strategic partner,collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive employee understanding andadvocacy for the organization's goals and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy &implementation plan to foster a culture of transparency, collaboration,and innovation among employees.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders anddepartment heads to ensure consistent and accurate communication of companynews, messages, and initiatives.
Create and deliver engaging internal communication materials, includingnewsletters, intranet content, email campaigns, presentations, andother relevant collateral.
Manage and oversee the company's internal communication channels, suchas intranet, email distribution lists, and digital signage platforms,ensuring information is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to employees.
Collaborate with various departments to gather information, stories, andupdates to develop compelling content that reflects the organization'sbranding and values.
Develop and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives,including town hall meetings, employee recognition programs, surveys,and events.
Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of internal communicationcampaigns and regularly report findings and recommendations to the leadershipteam.
Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders in communicatingorganizational changes, ensuring consistent messaging and timely updates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internalcommunications, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to drive continuousimprovement.
Key Requirements
To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstratethe following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and atinterview:
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism,or a related field.Proven experience (3-5 years) in internal communications, preferablyin a corporate environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye fordetail and the ability to distil complex information into clear and concisemessages.Strong understand ng of internal communication channels and tactics,including intranet platforms, email marketing, and digital signage.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and developrelationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, such as MicrosoftOffice Suite, content management systems, image manipulation software,and email marketing software.Experience with analyzing data and metrics to measure communicationeffectiveness.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects withcompeting deadlines.Creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box and
