The Digital Enablement team within IQVIA was purpose built to provide new and novel solutions spanning data transformation/management (healthcare provider)/Consumer marketing consultation, and advanced analytics. The Digital Enablement Measurement Client Engagement team executes measurement projects using these new and novel solutions from start to finish, coordinating with expert teams throughout the process including clinicians, statisticians, and others while providing strategic guidance to our clients.
This role provides high quality, timely development and on-time input to solutions for IQVIA omnichannel measurement solutions. The Associate Consultant contributes to meeting client satisfaction objectives. Develops modules and designs while monitoring data quality standards.
Essential Functions :
Supports the team lead in the design, development and delivery of client measurement solutions
Supports internal and external cross functional stakeholders to deliver IQVIA measurement solutions
Leverages business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives to client questions
Working in a team of like-minded professionals to create reports, presentations, and workshops for IQVIA clients under the guidance of team leaders
Ensure the accuracy of data prior to delivery to client
Mine data for media optimization opportunities and support team lead in delivering findings to the client
Tactical support of creating segments in measurement products via a mapping process, which requires strong attention to detail
Working independently and as part of a team
Attending, supporting and presenting at client meetings
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree Required
Advanced Degree Preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in omnichannel measurement, ideally in the pharmaceutical marketing space
Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
Strong background in working with data and pulling insights based on KPIs
Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines
Knowledge and understanding of digital media, both HCP and DTC preferred
Effective time management skills
Proven track record of data mining and data acumen
Experience with data visualization - Tableau, PowerBI preferred but not required
Experience with patient level data is preferred but not required

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $72,200.00 - $107,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
