Associate Brand Manager, Knorr Performance Marketing

The role will report into the Associate Director of Knorr USA and will suit an ambitious marketer who is looking to further their experience in performance marketing. We are looking for individuals who believe in this vision, and who can craft strategy, own a P&L, implement fully integrated brand mixes, and lead inter-agency and cross-functional teams in launching new products to market, among other tasks.
Who You Are & What You Will Do
The Associate Brand Manager, Korr Performance Marketing will need to bring a dynamic attitude and passion to:
Manage Performance & Operations for the Scratch Cooking Portfolio, this role focuses on Bouillion, KGM and Sopas
Support Hispanic strategy and scale programs across the Scratch Cooking portfolio.
Partner with CS&P and customer teams to drive share and penetration.
Leverage data to uncover powerful insights and growth opportunities for the brand, driving insights into action
Support the day to day operations of the brand including forecasting, budget management, data and market share analysis
Unlock fuel for growth through net revenue management, gross margin accretion, ZBB initiatives and by driving strong ROI on marketing activities
Develop and Launch unmissable lower funnel marketing campaigns that drive volume and share by partnering with creative agencies and shopper marketing teams
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred with 3+ years experience in brand marketing or management required. Passion for food is a must!
Experience leading consumer marketing programs; strong knowledge of the digital and social landscape
The candidate must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mind set and strong bias for action with proven results leading and motivating internal cross functional teams and external partners.
The successful candidate will have good judgement, strong resilience and problem-solving skills.
Excellent financial acumen and deep understanding of marketing operations are essential to success in the role.
Understanding of the US retail environment, direct retail customer experience and digital marketing and/or branding experience preferred
Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
