This position reports to the Senior Manager, Supplements Innovation, and is based out of Fort Washington, PA, or Skillman, NJ.

What You Will Do
Associate Brand Manager roles span local marketing, innovation, digital marketing, and marketing capabilities.
The Associate Brand Manager, Innovation Strategy will be responsible to help shape and execute a strong, purpose-led portfolio, drive consumer centric value through meaningful, incremental innovation aligned with the business objectives, anticipate trends, and work closely with the NA Commercial & Customers Teams on day-to-day operations. They will be instrumental in helping the team identify opportunities to leapfrog competition with disruptive new products & claims, bringing them to life through close partnership with technical cross functional & commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and advocate for consumer needs and preferences.
Proactively look for opportunities to expand brand passion and improve consumer experiences with the Brand to deliver brand growth goals
Contribute to creating and delivering growth opportunities through new product development, commercial innovation, and business continuity projects
Monitor competitive market dynamics to inform development of, &/or changes required to, marketing plans.
Partner with Market Insights & Research to mine consumer insights and category trends relevant to innovation development
Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, digital advancements, oversee category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales
Partner with technical cross functional partners to deliver optimized claims, packaging and brand presence at shelf
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A BA/BS in Marketing or a related business field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of marketing or sales experience is required.
Previous brand management or sales experience at CPG is required.
Desired Qualifications
Marketing experience in Vitamins, Supplements or related focus is preferred.
Minimally must demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the category.
Someone who is highly creative with the ability to think out of the box.
Up to date with latest trends & marketing standard methodologies.
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics & spreadsheets.
Works well independently while possessing strong leadership & communication skills and a demonstrated history of building collaborative, lasting relationships that deliver business results.
Able to influence key partners with ideas that build value.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities successfully.
Ability to work closely with cross functional and other internal teams.
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $142,600.
