Job Title: Associate Brand Manager**Position Classification: Salaried - Exempt
Job Summary: The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for collaborating with the product development team and other stakeholders to create, market, sell, produce and manage licensed product lines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Cross-functional collaboration on project management, product management, brand management and product developmentWork with sales, product development, packaging designer, and customer to develop product packagingResponsible for ordering and tracking product sample requestsCoordinate samples, marketing content and follow up for consumer product review campaignsResponsible for adding and maintaining productmarketing content for e-commerce channelsAssist sales, product and brand management teams with customer communication to help ensure ideal products are offered to meet customer specific needsAssist sales, product and brand management teams with coordinating and executing company brand promotion activitiesWork with cross-functional teams to execute projects within assigned timelinesConduct competitor and industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement initiativesAssist in addressing product related inquiries and questions from customers in an accurate and timely mannerPerform measuring, analyzing and positioning of the product lineWork with the marketing and creative teams to plan, develop and implement photoshoots, video shoots, marketing strategies, media activities, etc.Assist in managing and generating ideas for digital content, such as ecommerce visual assets, copy, product information, etc.Prepare product marketing presentations and publicationsMaintain accurate documentation of business processes, policies and prioritiesIdentify new marketing opportunities to maximize revenueAssist in conducting marketing campaigns and tradeshows for product promotionsPartner with procurement and other cross-functional teams to ensure items are setup properly in the ERP system and components are on handCollaborate with national product line licensors for product, packaging and promotional content submissions and approvalsProvide support and guidance to other colleagues in product management tasksEducation:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.Experience:
