CLA is currently seeking a Marketing Creative and Content Senior to join our firmwide marketing team! The Marketing Creative and Content Senior role is responsible for guiding content and creative development, developing campaign strategy, managing digital assets, and developing sales/marketing support materials. They will work with the marketing and IT solutions teams to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and communications for awareness, lead generation, and nurturing. This role will be part of a project team with primary line of reporting to the Director of Marketing - Communications and works closely with joint marketing/IT project team. How you'll create opportunities in this Marketing Creative and Content - Senior role: Campaign and Content Strategy Use marketing automation and nurture strategies to engage and convert prospects and clients across the buyer journey. Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, identifying audience segments, aligning internal teams, guiding or developing content messaging (including dynamic or Smart content) and design, establishing timing and execution plans, and measuring results. Develop and maintain personas and audience segments. Evaluate AI content for usefulness. Digital Asset Management (DAM) Manage DAM implementation, including processing and vetting of assets, metadata tagging, implementation and maintenance, and integration into other systems. Manage marketing assets within the DAM, to make it easy to identify and repurpose where appropriate. Serve as a DAM/CMS librarian, cataloguing assets using strong practices for describing records and adhering to CLA style guidelines. Develop, review, and catalog sales support materials. Performance and Analytics Apply a test and learn mindset to marketing campaigns to drive high performance. Review campaign performance to generate ideas to elevate results. What you will need: Five years of experience in content marketing strategy, including a proven track record in developing multi-channel campaigns, as well as CMS or DAM platform management experience, including AI content generation. Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms required. Deep knowledge of DAM/CMS systems, metadata standards, and databases. Adobe Creative Suite and AI experience a plus.
