Description

　　NO BILLABLE HOURS! Our client, a personal injury and business civil litigation law firm in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a permanent Associate Attorney (Research/Writing) to join their team. This role will be primarily focused on legal research and writing (motions, memos, etc.) surrounding:

　　· State and federal court cases

　　· High-level discovery in complex mass-tort MDL litigation and class actions

　　· Pre-litigation and litigation cases

　　· Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, demands, motions and memorandum of law

　　· Development of case theories and reports with case-specific experts

　　· Legal research (Westlaw)

　　Requirements

　　· GA licensed attorney

　　· Demonstrable experience related to state and federal court

　　· Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases

　　· Plaintiff’s trial litigation experience

　　· 1-5 years of experience relating to personal injury law, civil defense, or similar
