Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. The successful candidate will primarily manage PIP (Personal Injury Protection) litigation cases. The Associate Attorney will help our clients navigate the complex legal landscape by providing guidance and representation throughout the litigation process.

　　Your Day-to-Day:

　　Managing PIP (Personal Injury Protection) litigation cases from start to finish

　　Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

　　Analyzing complex legal issues and providing targeted and effective counsel to clients

　　Deposition and hearing preparation and attendance

　　Conducting settlement negotiations

　　Assisting with trial preparation, including preparing witnesses and exhibits

　　Attend hearings and representing clients in court

　　Requirements

　　Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida State Bar are required

　　3-5 years of relevant litigation experience - insurance defense experience at preferred, PIP experience a plus, but not required

　　Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions

　　Strong legal research and writing skills

　　Confidence in conducting hearings and trials

　　Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work collaboratively with clients and other attorneys.
