　　We are working with a dynamic law firm specializing in real estate law, providing comprehensive legal services to their clients. Their firm values a collaborative and client-focused approach, ensuring the highest standards of legal representation.

　　They are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate team with a focus on litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, extensive experience in litigation, and proficiency in handling motions.

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Handle a caseload of real estate litigation matters from inception to resolution

　　• Draft and argue motions related to real estate disputes

　　• Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate laws and regulations

　　• Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings

　　• Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys to develop case strategies

　　• Provide legal advice to clients on real estate matters

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

　　• Active license to practice law in the state of CA

　　• 3+ years of experience in real estate law with a focus on litigation

　　• Proven experience in drafting and arguing motions

　　• Strong research and analytical skills

　　• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

　　• Motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality legal services

　　• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
