Overview
This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Tulsa, OK location.
Responsibilities
Perform tasks associated with location support responsibilities, including customer interactions, visitors, mail, and telephone support.Respond & Recover - serve as LPO to communicate customers needs between Pepsi Direct and Delivery Supervisors.Cell phone management - support location needs for ordering new phones/iPads, submitting phones/iPads for repairs, returning phones/iPads no longer needed, reassigning phones/iPads to new users as needed.Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, and faxing.Manage shipping & receiving within the location including accepting shipping orders from appropriate location staff, processing shipping orders within FedEx, UPS, and/or USPS systems, packing up shipments, and processing payments for shipping orders. Ensure AIB processes for front desk are compliant.PepsiCo Security Photo ID and Access badge processes are followed -
Ensure employees have appropriate access neededMaintaining the access badge log for new hires and replacementsEnsuring all employees sign the Badge Disclosure StatementAll visitors check in and out using iLobbyTrack all temporary badge users and ensure badges are returnedPerform quarterly badge cleanupProcess donation, sampling, free goods requests and submit for final processing.Processing weekly payroll for hourly and base / commission employees.Other duties and responsibilities as needed.Demonstrate a willingness to assume any responsibility or perform any task regardless of nature to demonstrate that teamwork is part of the operating culture.
Qualifications
Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgencyExperience providing administrative and/or facility supportShow strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with both internal and external customersOutstanding organization, time management, and communication skillsAptitude to work with minimal supervision - set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goalsDemonstrate strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointSelf-motivated and proactiveMust be a strong team player High School Diploma or GED
