Draft and review offering documents, SEC periodic reports, and disclosures. Draft, review, and negotiate legal opinions, comfort letters, and corporate documents. Conduct due diligence reviews of corporate, finance, and other legal documentation.Position Requirements: JD, Bachelor of Legal Studies or foreign equivalent plus three (3) years of experience practicing law.Three years of experience must include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements, indentures, and financing agreements for securities offerings.
