  Nous recherchons une personne qui pourra éventuellement évoluer vers un poste de gestionnaire de compte, le candidat devra donc avoir de bonnes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle.

  Le candidat devra donc avoir de bonnes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle :

  Cette personne devra soutenir l'équipe de planification dans ses tâches quotidiennes de bureau et d'administration. Elle interagira rarement directement avec les clients et sera chargée d'assurer le suivi et de veiller à ce que les documents soient correctement joints en ce qui concerne les expéditions de moteurs.

  Ses tâches consistent principalement à saisir des données et à gérer des dossiers de base. L'ensemble de la fonction sera enseigné, de sorte que le facteur le plus important pour cette personne est d'avoir des compétences organisationnelles de base.

  Idéalement, une personne ayant travaillé dans un environnement de logistique/entreposage en tant qu'employé de bureau serait un bon candidat pour ce poste.

  Toute forme d'expérience administrative/cléricale

  Le bilinguisme est préférable, mais les candidats qui ne parlent que le français seront pris en considération.

  Description:

  This person will be required to support the Planning team with daily clerical and administrative tasks. They will rarely interact directly with clients and be responsible for doing follow-ups and ensuring that the documents are properly attached vis-à-vis engine shipments.

  Their tasks are mainly data entry and basic file management. The entirety of the role will be taught so the most important factor for this individual is to have basic organizational skills.

  Ideally someone who has worked in a logistics/warehousing environment in a clerical capacity would be a good fit for this role.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  Must haves:

  Any form of administrative/clerical experience

  Bilingualism is preferred but they will consider French-Only candidates

  Ability to work onsite 5-days a week at Plant 5

  Asset:

  Bilingual

  Administrative Assistant experience

  Work Environment

  Working onsite at Plant 5

  Standard working hours

  Onsite 5x days a week.
