　　Transitioning from the classroom to the bedside can be a difficult journey for many new nurses. LifePoint Health is proud to offer our RN Resident Transition to Practice Apprenticeship Program. This program is designed to support new nurses as they develop proficiency in both their new role and our organization’s culture. Through a blended learning experience that combines online modules with preceptor/mentor support, this program bridges the gap between academic preparation and practice to boost clinical confidence.

　　Program Overview and Benefits:

　　Our RN Resident Apprenticeship Program spans the first year of employment and consists of three (3) phases:

　　· Phase 1 – Clinical Competency

　　· Phase 2 – Culture Transition

　　· Phase 3 – Leadership Development

　　Graduation from a Nursing Education program with less than one year experience as a RN
