Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

　　Anticipated Salary Range: $55,000 to $57,123 per year

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist with mentoring student athletes to foster athletic, academic,emotional, and social growth; assist Head Coach in establishing andenforcing rules of conduct and team policies.Assist the head coach in practice planning, skill development, gameplanning, opponent scouting, and individual player development.Assist the head coach in all areas of recruitment and retention ofprospective student athletes including prospect evaluation, prospectselection through a process that promotes diversity and inclusion, on andoff campus visits, and contacts.Utilize video editing systems for player and team development, andopponent preparation.Assist with the development and implementation of campus and communityoutreach initiatives.

　　Additional Responsibilities:

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning plus aminimum of one year of college coaching experience in women's soccer and aproven track record of success in the sport; prior recruiting experience;familiarity with NCAA rules and, if not already NCAA certified, preparedto become certified; demonstrated knowledge of coaching techniques;excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicateeffectively and develop positive relationships with people from differentcultural backgrounds; ability to think critically and solve problems; goodjudgment and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information withdiscretion. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a drivingrecord that is insurable by Colorado College's motor vehicle insurancecarrier.

　　NCAA College Coaching and recruiting experience; knowledge and experiencewith video and scouting software.
