Assist manager with the store maintenance and appearance of thestore regarding safety security, cleanliness, appearance and utility.Implements customer development and retention plans; creates anenjoyable shopping experience. Communicates with the Store Managerregarding all facets of store operations including updating and sharingall incidents, concerns and ideas. Protects the resources under theirsupervision by implementing product control procedures preventingshrinkage through theft or spoilage.
