　　Details about this exciting opportunity:

　　Full Time (40 hours/week) positions available as an Assistant Residence Manager in one of our group homes located in Westchester County.

　　Salary Range: $18-$20/hour

　　Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

　　Perform variety of tasks with assisting the Residence Manager.

　　Support in the overall operation of the community-based residence.

　　Perform the duties and essential functions of the position of a DSP.

　　Affirm the human rights, civil rights and responsibilities of the people you support.

　　Qualifications:

　　Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, two years of College preferred.And Attributes:

　　A Valid Driver’s License for over two years is a must.

　　Two years’ experience working with persons with developmental disabilities and one-year supervisory experience.

　　Knowledge of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and health care conditions; knowledge of OPWDD Standards.

　　Knowledge of supervisory and administrative practices that promote team work and development of staff.
