Assistant Project Manager

　　What we are looking for:

　　Aldridge is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Support essential project duties including:

　　· Promoting safe jobsites

　　· Pre-job planning

　　· Cost and labor tracking

　　· Document control (material submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.)

　　· Procuring material and tools

　　· Coordination of subcontractors

　　· Contract compliance

　　Who you are:

　　We are pursuing entry-level candidates with the following qualifications:

　　· Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, other related major, or equivalent construction/Union trade background

　　· Internships or other relevant work experience

　　· Strong work ethic

　　· Problem solving and critical thinking skills

　　· Ability to prioritize and manage time

　　· Excellent communication
