Use SureTrak, Microsoft Project, ComputerEase, Primavera P6, and Planswift 10 to develop and maintain Project Matrices, meeting minutes, bid proposals, track documents, drawings,
and change orders. Prepare, submit, organize, and archive technical documents, including but not limited to: submittals, RFIs (Request For Information) and change orders. Use building
design, drawing, and construction concepts to review documents, and confirm specifications, calculations, and drawings to ensure compliance with legal, safety, client demand compliance.
Transmit technical documents to project team, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects at agreed upon budget. Contribute to preparation and
maintenance of Project Schedules and Project Matrices, using Primavera P6, SureTrak, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Computer Ease, to track documentation. Provide predictive
scheduling, and other filtered schedules as requested by the Client. Review subcontractor pricing by analyzing it with historical and current market data using construction-based
Knowledge. Implement quantity surveying, estimation, and valuation skills to generate quantity takeoffs of materials through Planswift. Provide takeoffs to Project Manager for scope review
and cost control prior to awarding the contract. Use risk and value management concepts and Lean Construction principles to provide Constructability Comments to the Client, and ensure
they are receiving maximum value out of the project. Visit the construction site to monitor the progress relying on construction engineering management principles and concepts. Identify
and investigate any problems, accidents, or delays, then implement new or modified plans or courses of action, to ensure OSHA Regulations and client deadline compliance. Report all
findings to supervisory personnel and clients.
