About the Position: * Maintain active involvement in research, including writing grants and peer-reviewed publications. * Research focus to be complementary to ongoing research at the Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain, including advancing the understanding of normal and abnormal brain function. o Seeking candidates with expertise infant brain development as well as developmental and intellectual disabilities. o Successful research programs will include collaboration across the Division, Department, and Medical School. * Participate in educational activities and interact undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows. * Participate in service and outreach on behalf of the Division, Department, and Medical School when applicable. Qualifications Required * A Ph.D. in psychology or related field, with specialty in developmental or cognitive psychology preferred. * Postdoctoral fellowship training * History of and high potential for future federal funding. * Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications. About the Department About the Division The Division of Clinical Behavioral Neuroscience is comprised of non-clinical researchers and five clinical sections, including: Pediatric Neuropsychology; Pediatric Psychology; Autism and Neurodevelopment Disorders; Adoption Medicine; and Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics. Our faculty are committed to research that will help advance understanding of normal and abnormal brain function. Often this research involves collaborations with faculty members in the Department of Pediatrics, Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain, and other areas of the University.
