JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) invitesapplications for a full-time faculty position at the Assistant Professorlevel in the Department of Physics and Chemistry, starting the fallsemester of the 2024-25 academic year. The position involves primarilyteaching duties, along with service and scholarly activities. Thesuccessful candidates must have a doctoral degree in physics or aclosely related field at the time of hiring (ABDs near completion willalso be considered). Candidates should be committed to teaching avariety of introductory and advanced undergraduate physics courses,developing new physics courses, and collaborating with departmentfaculty on curriculum. Opportunities to establish applied researchprojects involving undergraduate students may be pursued. Candidateswith expertise in applied physics areas will be preferred.
