　　ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

　　The primary responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to providing coverage of the PICU to include direct patient care and supervision of residents. Additionally, providing participating in medical student teaching during the Pediatric clinical clerkship and small group teaching during the first- and second-year medical school curriculum.

　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Candidate should be a graduate of an approved medical school, have completed an approved residency training program in Pediatrics and an approved fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, and have a Texas Medical License without restrictions.

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine

　　SALARY:

　　Commensurate with experience.
