　　Shift: 6:45 AM – 4:30 PM

　　Every 3rd

　　On Call: No

　　Always in person

　　Requirements:

　　RN (Registered Nurse) License

　　Bachelor's degree or Higher in Nursing

　　2-year experience in the emergency department preferred -1 year Leadership

　　BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association

　　ACLS certification with the American Heart Association

　　PALS certification with the American Heart Association

　　The Assistant Nurse Manager – responsibilities and skills:

　　Proficient in the are of patient population utilizing effective management skills

　　Supports the Nurse Manager in a capacity while managing team members and patient care issues

　　Ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process

　　Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information
