　　What you will do as an Assistant Night Manager

　　· Effectively and efficiently supporting the Night Manager and the operation of Nights

　　· Being conversant with all front office systems of operation

　　· Providing support on the development of the night team and actively coaching on customer care skills, department procedures etc.

　　· Ensuring that the handover procedures are followed in the transferring of all relevant information on a daily basis and a minimum of 2 security checks at regular intervals with specific emphasis on security, fire and health and safety

　　· Checking hotel guests in and out and assisting with luggage, when required

　　· Understanding of the Hotel Industry standards, policies and procedures

　　· A natural passion for hospitality and a desire to anticipate & exceed guest expectations

　　· Previous exposure to back-office procedures, support functions and previous supervisory experience on Reception in a similar hospitality environment will be beneficial
