As a participant in the management trainee program, theindividual in this position will rotate among various branches inSoutheast Wisconsin based upon position assignments. NATURE AND SCOPE:Reports directly to the immediate department Supervisor along with theVice President of Branch Sales and Service. Rotates through the majorityof branches and departments in the credit union in order to obtain asolid knowledge base. REQUIREMENTS: 1. High school diploma orequivalent. College degree or working towards degree is preferred.Minimum of one year of supervisory experience. Combination of educationand experience will be considered. 2. Experience leading a team toachieve customer service and sales goals. 3. Must have experience or beable to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.4. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, problemsolving skills, organizational skills and the ability to workindependently. 5. Must have a thorough understanding of company policiesand procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand andcomply with all job-related State and federal laws and regulations. 6.Must be able to adapt to change as the rotation dictates. 7. Must haveor attain National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#).PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Observes experienced staff and gainsknowledge on policies, procedures, methods and standards required of thevarious departments. 2. Achieves goals set by department or branchduring each rotation. 3. Demonstrates leadership skills andknowledge-growth from each rotation. 4. Builds banking relationshipswith members, offering financial products and services. Originatesconsumer loans within approval limits. 5. Assures that members receivehigh quality, efficient, friendly and professional service. 6.
