   Context:

  Net Revenue Management (NRM) is one of the key business drivers to maximise revenue and profitability across categories. The journey on driving NRM in HUL started several years ago and since then there has been evolution in capabilities, processes and category engagements. Given its importance in driving the P&L for the business, there is a need to embed NRM agenda across categories and drive relevant actions with the cross functional stakeholders, using relevant data and analytics. This is achieved through category workshops, designing & embedding relevant tools and ensuring governance on NRM.

  We are looking to hire a resource in our NRM Team based in Mumbai HO.

  Role Profile:

  As part of the NRM team, the role involves identifying NRM opportunities across categories and landing it with the cross functional teams of CD and marketing. The person also will have to ensure governance on pricing and key NRM output KPIs. The role also involved designing and embedding front end tools that democratise NRM agenda in the organisation.

   Key Accountabilities: Understand the NRM levers and drive opportunity identification across categoriesPartner with cross functional stakeholders to deploy opportunities every quarterDrive governance to ensure actions are taken and the impact is measured on outcomePartner with Data & Analytics and Centre of Excellence teams to build future fit toolsStep up engagement across levels to drive NRM agenda within the organisationExperience/Skills required:

  The individual should have an appreciation of growth drivers of business (Pricing, promotions etc.) and how it impacts the decision making. The person should also be comfortable with large data crunching, insighting and stakeholder management.Understanding of business levers of pricing, Pack promotions, distribution etc and how it drives growth and profitabilityData & analyticsLogical thinkingBusiness understandingStrong stakeholder managementKey Stakeholders:Need to manage stakeholders across Marketing, Finance and CD to land NRMNeed collaboration with Uniops and CMI teams
