Accountable for participating in all activities required toattain store objectives including sales attainment, delivery of customerservice goals, meeting operational obligations, merchandisepresentation, and inventory control program success. Sales /Service Assist management on change efforts related to product andservice knowledge and sales behaviors for associates. Identify issues,builds action plans, and seeks opportunities to grow the business andincrease customer satisfaction. Promote and foster a customer focusedenvironment that ensures outstanding service. Provide customer relationsby engaging with customers, ensuring customer needs are being mettransitioning customer interactions to sales associates, and providinggeneral support of the sales team. Ensure a positive shopping experiencefor all customers, addressing and resolving concerns, and solicitingcustomer feedback, and satisfying customer requests. Provide coaching onsales, product, and customer training in ensuring the highest level ofcustomer service and sales. Provide outstanding customer serviceexperiences by embracing company values, offering product and serviceofferings, and offering knowledge to provide the highest level of careto customers. Floor management to ensure store associates are deliveringan exceptional customer service experience, building relationships anddelivering on customer service and sales goals. Operations Completes alloperational functions according to company guidelines, including but notlimited to the following: Works under the direction of the Store Managerto: Complete store scheduling for front line sales team. Ensure traininggoals and objectives are met for newly-hired associates. Provide subjectmatter expertise on all store functions, including products, pricingplans, promotions, and service features, as well as those ofcompetitors. Provide feedback in operational needs to enable continuousimprovement and supports associate training in operational-focus areas.Support the implementation and maintenance of store processes toefficiently and effectively operate the store in identifying continuousimprovement opportunities.
