  WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  Drive Financial Performance of the Category

  Accountable for the P&L, Movements and Gaps to Business Targets

  Provides support in financial simulations like Pricing, Savings, Promo Investment, Innovations

  Deep-dive Risks and Opportunities in Growth and Costs

  Ensure accuracy of Financial Reports

  Provide Decision Support and Timely Analysis on High-Value Business Priorities.

  Annual and Long-Term Business Planning

  New Product Launches

  Portfolio Mix Improvements

  Saving Initiatives

  Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local & Global Business Teams

  Monthly Forecast & Weekly Turnover Submissions

  Monthly Financials Presentations

  WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  Experiences & Qualifications

  Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administrations, Engineering or related fields.

  At least 3 years of experience in Finance such as Management Reporting, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Budget Management, Financial Audit, etc.

  Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive action.

  Advanced English

  Good understanding on finance process and operations.

  Advanced skills in Excel, and good knowledge of SAP and BW.

  Excellent engagement, presentation and communication skills

  Exceptional analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights

  Superb communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information

  A collaborative spirit, thriving in a cross-functional team environment where diverse perspectives drive innovation
